Client : URCAM - Unions Régionales des Caisses d'Assurance Maladie de Picardie

Missions : Création et réalisation de la campagne de communication (Affichages et multi supports) pour la sensibilisation de la population sur le bon usage du numéro “15”
Objectif : Après la mise en place d'un médecin "régulateur" dans les centres d'appels d'urgence (15) et à l'initiative du ministère de la santé, l'Union Régionale des Caisses d'Assurance Maladie (URCAM) de Picardie lance sa campagne de communication sur le bon usage du numéro 15.
Solution : Première phase : campagne d’information sur les services offerts par le 15 (accueil téléphonique par médecin pour un premier diagnostic qui décide soit de la mise contact avec un médecin de garde, soit de l’orientation vers un service d'urgence, soit de l’envoi d'une équipe de réanimation (SAMU). Création d'un visuel en corolle autour du numéro 15, inspiré de la Svatiska.
Deuxième phase : campagne de sensibilisation de la population en mettant l’accent sur des cas de pathologies qui nécessitent le recours au 15, face à des pathologies bénignes. Vecteurs utilisés : le décalage des situations et l’humour. Cette campagne de communication a été diffusée en 3 vagues, depuis la rentrée des classes jusqu'aux fêtes de fin d'année. Création de feuillets d'information avec carte détachable.
